What happens if the event is cancelled due to Covid-19?

We are committed to you, as you are THE ONE. We have put preliminary dates in place for September just in case Boris’ plan fails. We are also offering a full refund to ticket holders that cannot make the new date.

How do I apply for a refund if Covid prevents the event from happening?

Your ticket for July’s event will automatically be converted into a ticket valid for The One In The Woods, August. By retaining your ticket you are helping us continue to offer a once in a lifetime experience. We appreciate anyone who wishes to obtain a refund but we ask that you stand together with us as THE ONE.

Your support will also make sure that, together with all parties involved, we can create the most wonderful experiences for all of our visitors after this crisis is over.
